    Yixing Shenzhou 80-30 kN/m Uniaxial Polyester Geogrid ,

    This is the ultimate tensile strength per unit width, and it's the most critical property.


    80 kN/m: This is the strength in the primary, longitudinal direction. This means a one-meter width

    of the geogrid can resist a tensile force of 80 kilonewtons before failure.

    (80 kN is roughly equivalent to holding up a weight of about 8,000 kg or 8 metric tons).


    30 kN/m: This is the strength in the secondary, transverse direction. It is significantly lower,

    as this is not the geogrid's designed purpose. This strength is often sufficient for handling secondary

    stresses and maintaining geometry during installation.


    Reinforcement Polyester (PET) Geogrid:


    Reinforcement: This classifies the geogrid's primary function.

    It is not for separation or filtration; it is for adding tensile strength to the soil mass.
